Workshops & Retreats
A quiet space to breathe, reset, and remember what matters.
Where The Herd Leads The Pace
Our retreats and workshops offer an opportunity to step away from the pace of everyday life and reconnect with yourself through nature, movement and the quiet presence of the herd.
Set on our farm in Little Berkhamsted, Hertfordshire, each experience is held in small groups and gently guided by the horses. Whether you join us for a few hours or a full day, you’ll be invited to slow down, breathe and explore simple somatic practices that help you feel more grounded, present and connected.
No horse experience is needed – just a curiosity to pause, reconnect and experience a different way of being. Explore our current retreats and workshops below.
Every booking makes a difference
The Noble Herd is a not-for-profit social enterprise, which means every retreat and workshop booking helps us continue and expand our work with young people, families and our local community.
When you spend time reconnecting with yourself, you’re also helping create opportunities for others to experience the benefits of nature and time alongside the herd.
Thank you for being part of our story.

Beautiful day spent with the herd, nourishing and deeply healing supported by breathwork and the end of day soundbath under the oak tree with the herd watching on.
