Workshops & Retreats
A quiet space to breathe, reset, and remember what matters.
Where The Herd Leads The Pace
Our retreats and workshops take place on our farm in Little Berkhamsted, Hertfordshire, easily accessible from London while offering a sense of distance from everyday pace.
Small group experiences are grounded and guided by the herd. They are designed to help you breathe, reset, and reconnect, with the support of horses, nature, and simple somatic tools you can take home.
Across the day you will explore grounding, nervous system settling, and the felt sense, noticing what your body is saying underneath the noise. In the herd’s presence, you can practise boundaries, choice, and connection in a way that is gentle, honest, and surprisingly clear.
We hold the day with care, offering nourishing food, kind structure, and plenty of space to pause and integrate. As the programme grows, we will collaborate with trusted practitioners in yoga, sound, meditation, and bodywork to create retreats that meet you in different ways, while staying true to the land and the horses.
