Embodied Practice Days

Dates forming

Small group format

Embodied Practice Days are immersive, experiential workshops exploring movement, regulation and relational presence through the body.

These days bring together somatic approaches such as fascia-informed movement, Feldenkrais, yoga, breathwork or TRE, alongside time in the presence of the herd.

Each session is shaped around a guest practitioner and a shared exploration of embodied awareness.

The Intention

These days are designed as spaces to practise sensing.

To slow down enough to notice:

  • What is happening internally
  • How the body organises itself
  • Where tension lives
  • What regulation feels like

We begin with grounding and orientation — arriving fully in the body before engaging with movement or practice.

From there, we meet the herd.

Horses, as relational and attuned animals, offer a steady, non-judgemental presence. They seek congruence rather than performance.

Being in proximity to them allows us to notice how our internal state shifts in relationship.

What a Typical Day May Include

  • Grounding and somatic arrival practice
  • Guided movement or nervous-system work with a guest practitioner
  • Observing and sensing in the presence of the herd
  • Lunch and reflective space
  • Deepened practice in the afternoon
  • Closing grounding and integration

Each day will vary depending on the practitioner and modality, but the core remains consistent:

Awareness first.
Relationship second.
Integration before departure.

Who This Is For

These workshops may suit those who:

  • Are curious about embodied practice
  • Already work in therapeutic, movement or relational fields
  • Want experiential learning rather than theory
  • Are seeking deeper regulation and awareness

No prior horse experience is required.
All work is ground-based.
