Rise with the Fire Horse

Late Spring 2026

Small group (maximum 10 participants)

Rise with the Fire Horse is a seasonal retreat exploring transition, release and grounded forward movement.

Spring carries energy for growth, but this day is not about urgency or pushing ahead.

It is about noticing what no longer serves, gently letting go, and discovering how it feels to move forward with clarity and steadiness.

Horses know how to rise and they also know how to rest.
This retreat honours both.

What the Day Includes

Participants arrive to a quiet welcome on our Hertfordshire farm, time to land, share tea and orient to the space.

We begin with guided grounding and intention setting, inviting each person to reflect on what they are ready to release and what they wish to carry forward.

Through simple, non-verbal somatic practices, we explore awareness of:

  • Self and internal state
  • Space and boundary
  • Movement and direction
  • Relationship and response

From this embodied place, we walk together to observe the herd, noticing internal shifts and relational patterns.

After time for reflection, journalling and shared conversation, we take a relaxed lunch.

In the afternoon, participants are invited to meet the horse they feel drawn toward, exploring communication, boundary and presence through ground-based relational work.

Rather than striving for change, we notice what becomes possible when clarity replaces effort.

What You May Leave With

Rise with the Fire Horse offers space to:

  • Acknowledge what is complete
  • Feel steadier in transition
  • Build confidence rooted in regulation
  • Sense a clearer direction forward

Movement does not have to be dramatic to be meaningful.

Sometimes rising is simply choosing steadiness.

Who This Is For

This retreat may suit those who:

  • Are navigating transition or change
  • Wish to build steadier confidence and embodied presence
  • Feel ready to explore and release limiting patterns
  • Are drawn to experiential learning in nature

No prior horse experience is required.
All work is ground-based.
